We respect your privacy. Here is what we collect and how we use it.
What we store. Your conversation text is stored encrypted in AWS DynamoDB in the us-east-1 region for up to one year unless you delete it sooner. You can delete all your data at any time from the home page (Account → Delete all my conversations).
What we don't do. We never sell identifiable content. We never share one user's conversation with another user. We never use your conversations to train third-party models.
Aggregated metrics. We collect anonymized metrics (session length, helpfulness ratings, error rates) to improve the service. These are aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
Your rights. Delete all data · export your data (on request) · opt out of aggregated metrics (via Feedback).
